Our practical business analysis training course introduces a broad range of techniques within the structure of the business analysis process model that will enable any new entrant or junior analyst the skills to hit the ground running in a BA role. It forms an excellent introduction to business analysis, providing participants with knowledge that underpins the fundamental business analysis engagement. Our 3-months follow-up practical placement* on a life project allows our candidates the opportunity to gather the requisite on the ground experience and confidence to engage in the BA role or transition.

It is also for anyone with little or no formal business analysis knowledge but need to work with business analysts or a BA driven environment as part of your role.
