Our social aims and objectives are central to our service offering and how we deliver them.  We work with individuals and organisations that deliver social change and have compatible values. We believe that by helping those making a positive difference to people’s lives or their environment, our support will activate a multiplier effect through our clients and their work.

Our current social aims and objectives are;

  1. To offer quality, affordable professional management services for small and medium enterprises and the ethnic minority third sector organisations, social enterprises and new businesses.

  2. To provide opportunities for development and sustainability within small and medium enterprises and the ethnic minority third sector organisations, social enterprises and new businesses.

  3. To develop an ethnically sensitive centre which supports minority ethnic organisations and enterprises grow and thrive.

  4. To help individuals achieve a better quality of life through access to vocational training and work experience, community involvement and personal interactions through multiple communication channels.

  5. To develop partnerships between small and medium scale enterprises and the ethnic minority with mainstream organisations to promote access and participation in services and networks which develop business and social enterprise.

As well as offering commercial services Baseline 360 Limited aims to further meet its social aims and have a positive impact social, environmental and economic. It will achieve this through continuous provision of programmes to meet the needs of our target demographics described above. Our services are designed to serve four of Scottish Government’s five Strategic Objectives of a Wealthier and Fairer, Healthier, Safer and Stronger and Smarter Scotland.
